REMSAP is a mango de-sapping powder specifically designed to remove sap from mangoes after harvest, helping to reduce sap-burn and blemishes on the fruit surface. The formulation reduces surface tension to ensure complete wetting of the fruit, allowing low organic chlorine compounds to release effectively during the cleaning process.

Application:
- Suitable for use in packinghouses or in-field applications
- Can be applied through spray systems directly onto brushes, belts, or rollers
- Recirculation systems are suitable for use with the solution
- Dissolve 1kg of REMSAP into 400 litres of water
- Wash fruit for approximately 60 seconds in the solution
- Rinse fruit for approximately 30 seconds in a second bath of potable water
- Replace REMSAP solution and rinse water regularly once expended
- Protective gloves should be worn during mixing and handling
