POLY SHINE is a polyethylene based citrus fruit coating designed to maintain freshness, control moisture, and preserve eating quality. It is particularly suited for citrus such as mandarins, where it helps reduce the development of off flavours associated with other coating types.
The formulation supports effective gas exchange and minimises ethanol build up, improving overall fruit quality during storage.

Application
Apply POLY SHINE by spraying or misting onto clean, dry fruit.
For best results, apply using a Micron 2000 system.
Approximately 1 litre will coat 1 tonne of fruit.
