PERSANMAX 5% is a powerful liquid sanitiser formulated from a stabilised blend of peracetic acid and hydrogen peroxide. It delivers broad spectrum antimicrobial activity against aerobic and anaerobic bacteria, spores, fungi, yeasts, algae, and viruses.
The solution is colourless, non staining, free rinsing, and virtually odourless at use concentrations. It decomposes into water, oxygen, and acetic acid, making it environmentally responsible with no harmful residues.

Application
PERSANMAX 5% is used as a final sanitiser on pre cleaned surfaces and may be applied via CIP systems, spray, fogging, or flood methods.
Typical dilution ranges from 0.15 percent to 6.0 percent with contact times of 10 to 30 minutes, depending on the application.
It is suitable for use on food contact surfaces, processing equipment, fruit and vegetable sanitation, water treatment systems, and animal housing.
Solutions should be prepared fresh, used within one hour, and not reused. It is effective across a temperature range of approximately 5°C to 40°C.
