OXYBRITE is an alkaline percarbonate based powdered wine tank cleaner and general cleaning detergent. It is a free flowing off white powder consisting of mild alkaline salts combined with low foaming, high activity surfactants, chelating agents, water conditioners, and anti corrosive components.
OXYBRITE is specifically formulated for wineries using oxygenating cleaning systems to improve oxidative cleaning performance. It is a powerful yet economical cleaner for stainless steel tanks and is highly effective at removing tartrate deposits, red wine staining, and protein build up.
OXYBRITE is an oxygenated, low foaming cleaner suitable for stainless steel and safe for use on glass, plastics, and ceramics. It is environmentally friendly, safe to handle, and suitable for use with pressure sprayball CIP tank washing systems.

Application
OXYBRITE is suitable for use in winery CIP tank cleaning systems.
Dissolve OXYBRITE in water at a concentration of 1.0% to 4.0% weight by volume depending on the level of soiling. Use cold or hot water as required, with improved performance achieved at temperatures between 50°C and 60°C.
Circulate the solution through the CIP system using sprayballs for effective soil removal. Monitor solution pH during cleaning and replenish if the pH drops to approximately 7.5.
After cleaning, rinse thoroughly with fresh water. Apply a sanitising rinse prior to recommissioning the tank if required.
