MUSTANG is a high performance, low foam CIP detergent combining advanced surfactant technology with potassium hydroxide alkalinity. It is designed for effective cleaning of food processing and packaging equipment as well as surrounding work areas.

MUSTANG delivers powerful cleaning action by saponifying fats, dissolving proteins, and removing carbonised and greasy soils. It efficiently removes food soils such as sugars, fats, proteins, and salts, supporting high standards of hygiene in food manufacturing environments.

Application

MUSTANG is designed for use in CIP cleaning systems and general cleaning of food processing equipment.

Dilute between 1 percent and 3 percent depending on soil loading. For heavy duty or restoration cleaning, concentrations up to 5 percent may be used.
