MORTAR MUSHER is an acid alternative concrete dissolver containing natural Alpha Hydroxy Acid (AHA) derived from sugar cane. It is non-fuming and non-corrosive to the skin. MORTAR MUSHER attacks the molecular bond between General Purpose Cement (Portland Cement) and the other ingredients in the concrete mix, breaking down the cement bond and creating a soft mush that does not require hazardous waste removal. The time required depends on the thickness of the concrete being dissolved.

Application
- For best results, ensure the concrete and surface to be treated are completely dry before application. Do not wet the concrete before applying MORTAR MUSHER, as water will neutralise its effectiveness.MORTAR MUSHER normally works within 10–15 minutes, depending on the amount of concrete being dissolved. Keep the treated concrete wet with MORTAR MUSHER throughout the contact time and do not allow it to dry out.
