KRATE WASH is a heavy duty, low foam, chlorinated liquid detergent specifically formulated for food crate washing machines. It delivers the cleaning power typically associated with concentrated powders while providing the handling and dosing advantages of a liquid.

KRATE WASH is suitable for use on stainless steel, ceramic, and most plastic surfaces. It performs effectively at low, economical concentrations in both soft and hard water and removes soils commonly found in food processing crate cleaning applications. The formulation reduces or eliminates foaming that can clog pumps and cushion spray impact and is corrosion safe on metals commonly used in commercial crate washing machines. KRATE WASH uses biodegradable surfactants.

Application

KRATE WASH is designed for use in food processing crate washing machines.

Dispense using an electronic detergent feeder to ensure accurate control of detergent usage and minimise operating costs. The recommended use concentration is 0.15% to 0.2%.
