Product Description

ALKAFOAM is a concentrated blend of synthetic detergents formulated for heavy duty cleaning and degreasing in food industry environments. It is designed to rapidly solubilise and remove soils, greases, animal and poultry fats, and vegetable oils.

ALKAFOAM produces a thick, stable alkaline foam that enhances wetting and grease lifting action, allowing soils to be lifted to the surface and rinsed away. It is phosphate free, biodegradable, non flammable, and contains no VOCs, making it environmentally responsible and user friendly.

The formulation is safe for use on most hard surfaces, including stainless steel, glass, and aluminium, and performs effectively in both hot and cold water as well as hard or soft water conditions.

Application

ALKAFOAM is suitable for cleaning floors, walls, equipment, and food processing areas.

Foam Application
Apply using a foam gun at a dilution of approximately 1:20. Foam onto surfaces and allow to sit for approximately 5 minutes. Agitate if required and rinse thoroughly with hot water. Do not allow foam to dry.

General Cleaning
Dilute 1 part ALKAFOAM with 20 parts hot water. Apply using a mop, sprayer, sponge, or cloth. Agitate as required and rinse thoroughly.

Soaking of Parts and Utensils
Dilute 1:20 with hot water. Soak items, scrub if necessary, and rinse thoroughly.
