FOOD SLIP is a silicone emulsion lubricant and release agent designed for use on surfaces and materials that come into incidental contact with food. It provides effective lubrication and release properties on a wide range of surfaces, including plastics and rubber components.

FOOD SLIP is suitable for use on conveyors, gaskets, grommets, bushings, and plastisol compounds, helping to reduce friction and improve material flow in food processing environments.

Application

FOOD SLIP may be applied by swabbing, brushing, or spraying. Conveyor applications can be automated using a dosing pump system.

For most release agent applications, dilute with water prior to use. Typical effective concentrations range from 1.0 percent to 3.0 percent.
