Product Description

D‑2000AS is a premium, non caustic, aluminium safe powdered warewash detergent formulated for use in commercial dishwashing machines. It is mildly alkaline and supplied in flushing cap canisters for controlled and safe dosing.

D‑2000AS is designed to rapidly penetrate, remove, emulsify, and disperse soils from dishes, glassware, and cutlery while maintaining low foam levels to ensure effective machine performance. The formulation performs reliably in varying water hardness conditions and helps prevent film formation, scale build up, and corrosion within the machine.

D‑2000AS contains scientifically blended wetting agents, emulsifiers, dispersants, and water conditioning agents to prevent soil redeposition, keep minerals in suspension, and maintain high dishwashing standards.

Application

Charge the dishwashing machine with D‑2000AS using the flushing cap dispenser.

For best results, maintain the wash solution at a minimum pH of 11 and operate the machine at a temperature between 70°C and 85°C.
