KORAL is a specialist concentrated rinse additive and descaler designed for use in the integral cleaning systems of combination ovens. It neutralises alkaline detergent residues following cleaning and ensures an effective rinsing process.
KORAL helps minimise water spot marking and assists in controlling water scale build up when used regularly. It is suitable for use in both atmospheric and pressurised ovens.

Application
KORAL must be used through the integral dosing system of combination ovens.
Adjust concentration via the oven control panel to achieve the required rinse performance. Typical dilution ranges from 0.25 percent to 0.5 percent.
KORAL may also be dosed through an automatic rinse injector or by hand dosing. Only a few millilitres per litre of water are required.
