KODEX is a premium combi oven detergent formulated as a specialist concentrated degreaser for use through the integral cleaning systems of combination ovens. It delivers powerful cleaning action against stubborn soilage, including food deposits, grease, oils, and carbonised materials.

KODEX is designed for automatic dosing during the oven cleaning cycle and features controlled foam levels for effective performance. It is suitable for use in both atmospheric and pressurised ovens.

Application

KODEX must only be used via the integral dosing system on combination ovens.

Adjust concentration through the oven control panel depending on the level of soilage. Typical dilution ranges from 0.5 percent to 2 percent.

Do not use on aluminium or alkali sensitive surfaces. KODEX must not be used for hand washing of dishes.
